What we offer

Comprehensive cardiology services

Every test and procedure is explained clearly, and ordered only when it will change your treatment.

Electrocardiography (ECG)

Quick, painless test to measure the heart's electrical activity. First line in evaluating chest pain, palpitations and rhythm problems.

ईसीजी

2D Echo & Color Doppler

Ultrasound of the heart to assess pumping function, valve disease, congenital abnormalities and more.

2डी ईको / कलर डॉप्लर

Treadmill Test (TMT)

Stress test to see how your heart performs under exertion — useful for evaluating chest pain and hidden coronary disease.

टीएमटी

Holter Monitoring

Continuous 24–48 hour ECG recording to catch intermittent arrhythmias and palpitations that a standard ECG may miss.

होल्टर मॉनिटरिंग

ABPM (24‑Hour BP)

Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring tracks your BP across a full day and night — far more reliable than a single clinic reading.

एबीपीएम टेस्ट

Gold‑standard X‑ray imaging of the coronary arteries to locate and assess blockages causing chest pain or heart attacks.

कोरोनरी एंजियोग्राफी

Angioplasty & Stenting

Minimally invasive procedure to open blocked coronary arteries with a balloon and place a stent — often life‑saving in acute heart attack.

एंजियोप्लास्टी / स्टेंट

Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy devices for patients at risk of sudden cardiac death or severe heart failure.

आईसीडी / सीआरटी

When to see a cardiologist

Don't ignore these warning signs

If you experience any of the following, please arrange a consultation. Many heart conditions are highly treatable when caught early — and quick action during a heart attack saves lives and heart muscle.

  • Chest pain, pressure or heaviness — especially with exertion or radiating to the arm, jaw or back.
  • Shortness of breath at rest, on mild exertion, or while lying flat at night.
  • Palpitations, irregular heartbeat or racing pulse.
  • Unexplained fainting or dizziness.
  • Swelling in the feet or ankles.
  • High blood pressure, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease — even if you feel well.

Preventive heart check

Do you have high BP, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease? A comprehensive preventive cardiac check‑up — ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, lipid profile and a clinical review — can identify risk before symptoms appear.

मधुमेह, उच्च रक्तचाप अथवा पारिवारिक हृदय रोग के इतिहास वाले रोगियों के लिए नियमित हृदय जाँच अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

Cardiology FAQ

Questions people often ask

Do I need an appointment for an ECG or 2D Echo?

For a 2D Echo and TMT we recommend booking in advance so the cardiologist is available to interpret your report the same day. ECGs can often be done on a walk‑in basis during OPD hours. Call +91 72173 27979 to confirm.

Is angiography painful? Will I need to be admitted?

Coronary angiography is performed under local anaesthesia via the wrist or groin. Most patients feel minimal discomfort and are discharged on the same day or next morning. Dr. Tyagi will walk you through what to expect.

Where is angioplasty performed?

Angioplasty and device implants are performed at fully equipped cath‑lab facilities we partner with. Pre‑procedure workup, consent, and post‑procedure follow‑up are done at our clinic for continuity of care.

I've been told my blood pressure is high. What should I do?

High blood pressure is common and treatable. We recommend a 24‑hour ABPM for accurate diagnosis, along with a baseline ECG and blood tests. Treatment is individualised — most patients are controlled on simple medications plus lifestyle changes.

Can you help a family member in another city via teleconsult?

For patients who cannot travel, we can offer a follow‑up teleconsult once an in‑person baseline has been established. For a first consultation, an in‑person visit is strongly recommended.
